Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FOODLINK Caterers & Event Organizer, Patna, Bihar. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking advance (minimum 30% of total estimate).
• Final confirmation will be shared in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Event details must be finalized at least 7 days before the event date.

2. Payments & Billing

• 30% advance at the time of booking
• 50% before the event date
• 20% immediately after event completion
• All payments to be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque (cheque clearance required before event).

3. Menu & Guest Count

• Final guest count and menu must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.
• Charges may apply for changes made after final confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 15 days before the event: 80% refund of advance
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event
• Rescheduling may be possible based on availability and at management’s discretion.

5. Event Duration & Timing

• Event services will be provided for a standard 4–5 hour duration unless agreed otherwise.
• Additional hours may attract extra charges (per hour basis).

6. Damage & Liability

• The client is responsible for any damage to FOODLINK property (equipment, counters, decor) caused by guests.
• FOODLINK is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Food Safety & Hygiene

• All food is prepared in hygienic conditions with quality ingredients.
• Leftover food will not be taken back or reused for safety reasons.
• Foodlink will not be responsible for any health issues caused by food consumed after the advised shelf life.

8. Decor & Vendor Policy

• External vendors/decorators must be approved in advance if being used at the same venue.
• Any changes in the theme, stage, or decor after finalization may incur additional charges.

9. Photography & Promotion

• We may use event photos/videos for marketing or social media (without revealing personal details), unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Bihar. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.
